4. Counter-Notification Procedure

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA notice. That party will then have a specified period to file a lawsuit. If no lawsuit is filed, we will restore the removed content or re-enable access to it.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, ToolsOx has adopted a policy of terminating access for users or account holders who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright.
