These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and ToolsOx ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of ToolsOx.com, the ToolsOx Hub community platform at hub.toolsox.com, and any other websites, applications, or services operated by ToolsOx that link to or reference these Terms (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using any part of our Services, you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately. Your continued use following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
